Dr. Raquel Garza Hernandez
Dr. Raquel Garza Hernandez is the postdoctoral research scientist at the University of Illinois, a prestigious university in Urbana-Champaign. She completed her Master of Science degree and doctoral research degree in Mexico and gained significant research experience in United Kingdom and United States of America.
Raquel’s research interest is to engineer materials and devices at nanoscale for integrating solar cells onto all kinds of surfaces generating clean and renewable energy. She is a highly motivated researcher and very eager to learn multiple skills and techniques. She has been identified as one of the rising science student in advancing inorganic solar cells. Her achievements in setting solar cell energy efficiency very high in various categories have placed her research at the forefront internationally.
