CPMI Welcomes ECM-106 & IUVSTA Highlight Seminar

CPMI welcomes the arrival of ECM-106 and the IUVSTA Highlight Seminar April 17-21, 2009. The conference will start with the 106th semi-annual meeting of the Executive Council of IUVSTA. This meeting will be followed by the highlight seminar focusing on recent advances in a number of fields related to vacuum science and technology. *A student poster session will also be held on April 21st at the I-Hotel and Conference Center.
